The real Batman

Jean Loic Albert is one of the pioneers of slope flying. Basically, what slope flying means, is you take a wingsuit and glide a few meters above a slope. It doesn’t really get much more extreme than this. I think this can certainly be categorized as low level flying.

Speed and noise No. 2

These high speed passes are really quite something. Check out this F-14 Tomcat as it goes between two ships at sonic speed. Vapor is cool, but the noise is even cooler.

Fast plane gone

This F-14 Tomcat came in for a high speed pass. Water vapor was cool, noise was great, crew of the USS John Paul Jones was enthused…. But when the plane climbed away, something crazy happened…. the large fireball and the loud BANG exploded into everyone’s years.

Speed and noise

I just love high speed passes. In areas of relatively high humidity, as the aircraft zooms by at high speed, water vapor condenses into droplets, resulting in spectacular images. Check out this F-18 Hornet as it zooms by.

F-16 freaky low flyby

This Viper pilot really managed to entertain. You can quite hear the “Wows” and “Uhas” as he takes his F-16 Falcon on a really low flyby at high speed. Great stuff!
